Our charter was last updated in 2008 when DNA was re-activated. At that time we agreed to focus on improving the livability and economic vitality of the neighborhood.

April 24, 2013, Board Meeting:
Steering committee discussed University relations, liquor license applications and public safety. The agenda for the May General Meeting was set.
March 27, 2013, General Meeting:
The topics included a summary of the Safety Perception Workshop, two views on the Public Services Fee and reports on downtown developments.
February 27, 2013, Board Meeting:
Steering committee officer positions were filled and the agenda for the March General Meeting was set. Lindsay Selser described the "Eugene Sunday Streets" program.
January 24, 2013, General Meeting:
The topics included elections to the steering committee, public safety and downtown developments.
November 14, 2012, Board Meeting:
The topics included progress on the Capstone development and a motion concerning the closure of one block of Olive St during Capstone construction..
October 24, 2012, Board Meeting:
The agenda was set for the November General Meeting. The date was changed from the 4th Wednesday to the 2nd Wednesday.
September 26, 2012, General Meeting:
The topics were the Food for Lane County Summer Program, Exclusion Zone evaluation, meet city Council candidate, and Matching Grant proposal.
August 22, 2012, Board Meeting:
The agenda was set for the September General Meeting.
July 25, 2012 General Meeting:
The agends included reports from LTD, Opportunity Village, Capstone and EPD.
June 27, 2012, Board Meeting:
The agenda was set for the July General Meeting.
May 23, 2012 General Meeting
The topics covered were LCC Downtown campus status, LTD changes, and the Food for Lane County summer program
April 25, 2012, Board Meeting:
There was some discussion on Capstone and the new DNA website. Also speakers were selected for the May meeting.
March 26, 2012 General Meeting:
This meeting was an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the proposed Capstone Student Housing Project.
January 25, 2012 General Meeting:
This meeing offered an update on the business climate in our downtown. We also learned of the proposed Capstone Student Housing Pronect.
Our meetings are at the Eugene Public Library from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month. We hold General Meetings on the odd numbered months and our Steering Committee meets on the even numbered months. There is no meeting in December.
